Tortillas, cheese, cooking oil if you want (filling options: meat/chicken/beans/vegetables)
On a hot pan, warm a tortilla on one side for approximately 20 seconds. You can add a bit of cooking oil for a crispier texture. When the tortilla is warm on one side, turn it around and add cheese. Here you can also add your preferred fillings. Fold your it in half and turn it around a couple of times. Your quesadilla is ready when the cheese has melted.
