3 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 1-3 chilies (depending on how hot you want your salsa to be), 1 lime, salt and cooking oil.
Begin by frying the tomatoes on a pan with a bit of oil. When the tomatoes start getting colour, add the onion (cut in two pieces). After a while, add the garlic and chilies on the pan as well. Once all the vegetables are well-cooked, blend everything and add the juice of one lime and salt.
