4-6 avocados, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 100 g coriander, 1 lime, salt, 1-2 chilies if you want it a bit spicy
Carefully open the avocados, destone them and place them in a bowl. Smash the avocados with a fork or softly blend them with lime juice. Deseed the tomato (and chili) and dice up all the vegetables. Mix everything in the bowl and add salt. Let it rest in the fridge for approximately 10 min.
